Standard pallet: up to 48 × 40 × 60 inches and 1,500 lb, subject to acceptance. Detailed counts, sorting, materials, freight, oversize loads and floor-loaded unloading are separate. Final scope and billing terms are confirmed in your quote.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS
A few things to know.
Can I rent an office or meeting room without storing inventory?
Yes. Conference rooms, private day offices and monthly private offices can be requested separately from warehouse services. All visits and short-term rentals are by appointment. Share your dates, number of people and requirements so we can confirm a suitable space.
Does submitting a request reserve a room?
No. Your request lets us review availability and discuss the space, amenities, capacity, access and pricing with you. A reservation is confirmed separately after the rental terms have been agreed.
Can you prepare inventory for Amazon FBA?
Yes. We can label products, inspect inventory, package units and prepare cartons or pallets for shipment to Amazon. Required prep, labels, shipment instructions, materials and transportation are confirmed before work begins. We are an independent service provider, not Amazon.
Can you build custom kits or subscription boxes?
Yes. We can assemble variety packs, subscription boxes, promotional kits and other product combinations in batches. Share a sample or assembly instructions, quantities and packaging needs. Pricing is quoted by project or unit based on the work; materials and shipping are separate.
What products can you store?
Our initial focus is dry, palletized consumer goods. Share the product type, dimensions and weight so we can confirm suitability. Refrigerated, hazardous and special-condition products require separate review and are not included in these rates.
Can you handle ecommerce orders?
Yes. We scope receiving, pick-and-pack, packing materials and carrier handoff around your products and order profile. Integrations, bundles and special packing are confirmed before onboarding.
Is shipping included in the pricing?
No. Transportation, carrier postage, packing materials and additional labor are separate. The $20 outbound rate applies to a complete pallet, not an individual ecommerce order.
Can I start with a small amount of inventory?
Tell us your expected pallet count and duration. We'll confirm availability, any account minimums and billing terms in your proposal before inventory is sent.
